To create maintainable systems, we break down the Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks (RDT). For example, with Practice Management, we focus on Marketing Activities. From there, we pin point what Primary Sales Activities are and what the Secondary Sales Activities are.
The same concept is applied to Client Servicing (Reactive Tasks) and Relationship Management (Proactive Tasks).
From the RDT review, a system is created for every task. When a new team member joins, responsibilities can be re-arranged and everyone can rest assured that nothing is being missed = ACCOUNTABILITY!
